biafrandailynwsThe ideas and aspirations to build a better Biafra didn’t end in 1970 when we lost over 5 millions souls between 1967 to 1970 war and counting .

Biafran Daily News is a Biafra social political website, which focuses particularly on Biafra Independence from Nigeria, the media in general, as well as offering its own commentary and analysis on issues as it consigns Biafra.

Biafraland comprising of Old Eastern Nigeria has been ignored by Nigeria media and the coverage biased and inaccurate.

That the media is seriously malfunctioning regarding Biafra is widely evident. But the problem goes well beyond this. The problem is that Nigeria media control by a few corporations and interest groups, and their close ties with governments and business interests.

Instead of challenging, questioning, and fostering open discussion, they tend to promote those interests, especailly agaisnt Biafra.

We are the eyes and ears of our people. If it is co-opted, our people and leaders, cannot make wise decisions.

We are growing by leaps and bounds and we will expand to topics beyond Biafra and Biafra interests in South East Nigeria.
So stay tuned. We’re just getting started.

If you would like to contribute to what we do, you are warmly welcome.

We’re not aligned to any one political party but believe in self-determination for Biafra.

Only then will a people disfigured by poverty and inequality be re-born.

Only Biafra independence can bring democracy to Africa. Nigeria as a country is irredeemable and is structurally corrupt, broken and dead.
We support an independent Biafra.

We support independence and are independent.
We actively encourage debate and discussion on any and all political topics but insist that contributions are conducted in a civil manner. Bad language and abuse do not contribute to understanding and will not be tolerated.

Although, we support an independent Biafra this would not preclude us from accepting articles which logically and coherently made the positive case to remain in union with Nigeria, convince us!

No individual party, politician or policies will be given preferential treatment.
